An introduction to the Relationship Based Behavior Modification (RBBM) and Relationship Based Training (RBT) program
RBBM I-Concepts
This is the beginning course to study RBBM/RBT. This is an excellent opportunity for dog trainers, owners, care takers, etc. that will help you understand more about dogs’ language, motivations, capabilities, and being able to better communicate your intent to them. Your dog will be used to help educate you during class exercises.
Prerequisite: None
Duration: 3 days or ONLINE(eight(8) classes, 3 hours each)

The Art of Leash & Long Line Handling
This three (3) day course focuses on the understanding of communication and detail provided through the proper use of a leash and long line. Working with a dog (your own, client, or a dog supplied by CHRI) is required. Leash equipment (6 foot and a 15-20 foot long line) must be provided by the dog owner/student.
Prerequisite: RBBM I

RBBM II-Application
This in-person, 9 day Course allows students to discover how to reach a dog that needs some behavior modification, through methods long developed, and affect the dog for a better outcome. You will be assigned a dog after evaluations of each potential dog. The following nine(9) days will consist to learn how to live and connect with that dog, 24/7.

RBBM III-Application
This seven (7) day course is the third in sequence for RBBM Relationship Based Trainer certification. This course will help you to understand how and when to apply the lessons you learned in RBBM Concepts and RBBM-Application to dogs of various behaviors. There is an additional portion to this class via Zoom for 3 classes to guide you in how to REACH & TEACH your clients.
Prerequisite: RBBM I, RBBM II
Duration: 7 days & follow up Zoom calls

RBBM IV-Fundamentals
This 9 day + Course is designed to provide in-depth understanding of applying the RBBM/Relationship Based Training to obedience (sit, down, stay, place, come, etc) by directly working with your own dog, a client dog or one that is provided.
Prerequisite: RBBM I, RBBM II, RBBM III, Leash Handling
Duration: 9 days & follow up Zoom calls

RBBM V-Certifcation
This 8 day + Course is designed to provide in-depth understanding of the neurobiology of canines, how to better understand why we are working with and trying to achieve in the mind of dogs, and how we affect the dog in more ways.
Prerequisite: RBBM I, RBBM II, RBBM III, RBBM IV, Leash Handling
